I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in because I had a small cavity and was told they accepted urgent dental cases. They took X-rays, confirmed that I had a cavity, and then the dentist and assistant spoke quietly between themselves without explaining what was happening. In the end, I was told they could not do anything because I was not an established patient. I don’t understand how this is considered urgent care if patients with dental problems cannot receive treatment unless they are already established. I left with no treatment after paying for the visit and X-rays, and now I have to find another dentist before an upcoming trip. Better communication and clearer policies would have made this experience much less frustrating.

0 stars the waiting room is extremely loud and overcrowded. The team of residents I had working on my case alongside Dr Reddit were clueless. It took 6 residents and an hour and a half to place an IV in my arm. They do not listen to your concerns in the slightest. Trying to reach anyone here for scheduling or questions is a nightmare. Total waste of time establishing as a patient here and now I am right back where I started.

Terrible service I called looking for a DENTIST for my children they took all my information and set up appointments for a primary care doctor ? Hallways over crowded no staff at desk it. You can feel the sickness just floating around terrible place wouldn’t go for a paper cut

I had such a disappointing visit today. I was having my wisdom teeth removed surgically with anesthesia and was completely awake as they yanked and yanked on a tooth they were having an issue with. As painful as that was, the assistant lady behind me says “that’s disgusting.” I immediately responded, “you’re disgusting” and I hear the dentist say something about her being in the “wrong field”. Are you kidding me?? Then I tell the people that I can see that I did not appreciate her saying that and one dentist says, “Oh she was talking about the saliva not you.” What do you mean bro? If you’re affected by saliva, why the hell did you get whatever bs license you have? Then another person had the audacity to tell me that sometimes people have hallucinations. Literally being lied to in the middle of them yanking on my tooth. And to top it ALL off, the day before they call me telling me I have a $427 balance that must be paid before my surgery. Which was ABSOLUTELY false.They broke removing my wisdom teeth into two separate surgeries. That was THERE fault and they ASSURED me I would NOT have a balance. Just ridiculous. Of course in the end I was correct that I didn’t owe them but what a

Had a cleaning here recently .. everyone was so nice . LaRay did my cleaning and she made me so comfortable and she was the kindest person in dental I've ever met. You truly can tell she cares about her patients and isn't just there for a check. She did a through job too.. I've never had a cleaning that good before. I was hesitant about going and almost cancelled but I'm glad I didn't. I came here because it's close to work and their hours were good
